From the time he was 12 years old to his last year in law school Frank T. Luciano’s father and uncles owned and operated liquor license establishments where he worked; first in their liquor store and later as a bartender in their nightclub.
It is little wonder that when he started his own business fresh out of law school that many of his first clients were charged with alcohol related offenses. Frank T. Luciano has been litigating DWI cases and other alcohol-related offenses in the state of New Jersey for over 33 years, including vehicular or homicide cases where the underlying cause of prosecution was a drunk driver. He has spent over 13 years as a municipal court public defender, where he defended and tried numerous DWI offenses. In a case involving a three-time DWI offender, an appellate court panel in New Jersey stated that: "...defense counsel (Frank T. Luciano, Esq.), has been innovative throughout and diligent in his defense in this case."
Frank T. Luciano’s experience in this area of the law is further complimented by his work for a multi-national insurance carrier, which commissions him to litigate liquor-law liability cases against bars and restaurants that serve intoxicated patrons.
