Criminal Defense Litigation

Today, the government is able to electronically monitor your home, telephone and e-mail, inspect your garbage, kick down doors and invade the dancity of your bedrooms, as well as the protected relationships you have with your lawyer.  The government can even take your blood for DNA testing and archiving if your convicted of a crim as insignificant as possession of a small amount of certain frugs for your own personal consumption.  The consequences of a conviction are literally mind-numbing!

If you are unfortunately enough to find yourself charged with a crime, you will soon learn that the most powerful weapons in your struggle to preserve your freedom are an experienced trial attorney and your right to a jury trial.  Frank T. Luciano is committed to preserving his client's Constitutional and statutory rights, as well as the integrity and vitality of the American Jury System.

Frank T. Luciano has been working in courthouses across the state of New Jersey for over 30 years aggressively defending the criminally accused.  His practice has a special emphasis in drug cases. He has published books and lectured in this area of the law.  He has published a monthly column in the Gazette, on issues relating to drunk driving (DWI) and drug prosecutions.  He participates in regular programs and seminars offered by continuing legal education association and is also a member of the country's leading trial lawyer associations, including the American Trial Lawyers Association (now known as the American Association for Justice), the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Legal Committee of the National Association for the Reformation of Marijuana Laws (NORML),  the American Bar Assocation, the New Jew Jersey Bar Association, in which he is a member of select sections including the Criminal Law Section and the Municipal Court Section.
